In this episode I discuss the creation and launch of a winery with winemaker and Hartlam Winery co-founder Jaco Vienings.  He shares his beginnings that date back to when he was a student having to decide what career he wanted to pursue.  It is a very interesting story of the development and education of a winemaker and the start of something special during this period of Covid.
