I had the pleasure to speak with Cindi Cavallini, a passionate animal enthusiast who has managed an outreach facility with over 200 exotic animals in California for 16 years before opening up a new one in Texas in 2017.  She shares her experiences starting her new business and her pivot to an online partnership with others once Covid interrupted her 2020 vision.
